CONV.BIZ's partners, Stuart Wigfall Associates and Trustee Advisory provide a parallel bespoke service in straight bonds. The services offered can vary from prospectus audits (of a non-recommending nature) of individual bond issues to the establishment of an area of functionality at an investment bank, pension fund, hedge fund or other investment management operation.
THE PEOPLE
Stuart Wigfall has extensive investment experience covering bonds, equities, currencies and money markets over more than 25 years. He has worked in fund administration and marketing support roles for Fuji Investment Management (Europe), AMVESCAP and Lucas Pension Fund. In his early career he worked for stockbrokers Kleinwort Grieveson. He is currently is a consultant to CONV.BIZ providing bond research and analysis as well as overseeing the company’s IT functions. He is Bloomberg-certified, and is a user of cutting-edge market software from Updata.
David Norris runs consultancy Trustee Advisory (which has 2 webpages on this website). David set up and headed the Trust Management Department of the Law Debenture Corporation plc, where he looked after bondholders' interests in such various cases as those of Barings, Heron, Calcutta Electric, Elektrim, Railtrack, The Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Cirio and British & Commonwealth, as well as certain South East Asian defaults.
